Steven Seinberg

Steve Seinberg has been a practicing attorney for 25 years, licensed to practice in California. Having spent 15 years working for a publicly-traded biotech company (nine of them as its Chief Financial Officer), and serving as the Corporate Secretary and Treasurer for several of that company’s subsidiaries, he has a great deal of experience in the field of corporate law. Since leaving the in-house world, Steve’s practice areas have included internet privacy/reputation management, and small business formation.

Steve has amassed a substantial backlog of experience drafting, negotiating, and reviewing a wide array of corporate documents, including commercial contracts, employment contracts, independent contractor agreements, stock purchase and option agreements, non-disclosure agreements, licensing agreements, and press releases. He also oversaw compliance with regulations promulgated by various government agencies, including the SEC, FDA, USDA, and the Federal and state tax authorities. Steve was responsible for all SEC reporting during his tenure as CFO, and he also oversaw management of the company’s patent and trademark portfolios.

Even after leaving the corporate world, Steve has focused heavily on the creation and modification of contracts. His work has included creating option agreements for independent filmmakers, release forms for models and artists, and various commercial contracts, employment and independent contractor agreements, and non-disclosure agreements for small business owners.

Very little fades from view on the internet, and Steve has helped clients by succeeding in removing nearly 450 hyperlinks and their associated negative content from public view since Oct. 2018. Such content has included arrest reports, mugshots, unfavorable news reporting, social media and message board hate speech and harassment, and unauthorized publication of personal identifying information.
