Seth W. Wiener is California based litigator and trial attorney. Seth has successfully litigated a wide range of federal and state legal disputes; including courtroom trials as well as alternative dispute resolution proceedings, such as arbitration, and mediation, etc. Seth’s areas of practice include business disputes, contract disputes, employment law, family law (i.e. divorce and child custody, etc.), intellectual property claims, bankruptcies, insurance claims, construction, antitrust, unfair competition, product liability, real estate, fraud and personal injury cases.
Prior to working with Thorsen Legal, Seth worked as a commercial litigator at several prominent San Francisco Bay Area law firms, including, Wilson Sonsini and LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae.
Seth graduated with First Class Honors from McGill University with a BA in Psychology. He then obtained his Juris Doctorate from Columbia University School of Law. Seth has been practicing law for 21 years and is licensed to practice before all California state and federal courts. Seth was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar at Columbia and served as a Writing & Research Editor for the Columbia Journal of Law and Social Problems.
